Builders and Realtors

It has been a pleasure helping Builders and Realtors sell their homes much faster and for much more money than homes that are not staged by Affinity Decorators. Affinity has completed countless Models since 2005 and knows how to showcase homes to all potential buyers.

We offer complimentary consultations to established Realtors. A written consultation is given to the homeowner as a tool to educate them and establish steps to ready the home for showcasing. The owners then choose whether they would like to make the changes themselves or use our services. We have sources to rent furniture and accessories. Our goal is to complement your expertise as a realtor while we prepare the home for potential buyers. We will come alongside you to sell the home at its highest potential.

Homeowners

Staging is completely different than decorating. Many people believe they can stage their own home. However, it takes a professional eye to envision what potential buyers are looking for, and it is very difficult to de-personalize your own home. Staging is much more than just putting out accessories and furnishings, it takes experience and an understanding of how to make a home inviting to all. If done properly, statistics show that staging increases the selling price of the home by 7%. Most newly purchased furnishings can be negotiated with the sale of the home and have been proven to have a 200% return. We are certified and Accredited Home Stagers and have been through the courses and have years of hands-on experience. We can work with existing furnishings or supply new ones. We will work with any budget. It takes a level of trust to have someone come into your home and make changes and suggestions. We hope you will call us to see if we can earn that trust and help you sell your home!
